I am so glad you are here! I'm on a mission to spread math joy and end math suffering. I know, probably not quite as noble as ending homelessness, or world hunger. Seriously, though, I think math suffering is up there.
Fortunately or unfortunately, in today's world math is everywhere. And so are lots of misconceptions about math. Perhaps most significant, the latest brain research has shown several times over that there is no such thing as a "math person." Everyone can learn math, even difficult topics like geometry or calculus. (1)
And it just gets better from there!
Whether you are here because your child is struggling in math, you struggle with math, or you started scrolling because you're avoiding real work you have to do and have no idea how you ended up here, stick around! Between my website, blog, and facebook page, there's something for everyone.
